Rasmee Credits are used when generating, rewriting, translating, formatting, or improving documents. Credit usage depends on document type, length, and complexity. Routine documents such as letters, notices, and iulaans use fewer credits, while longer documents such as reports, proposals, and agreements use more credits. Credits reset every billing cycle and unused monthly credits do not roll over.

If a generation fails because of a system error, credits should be automatically refunded. Credits are not refunded for normal edits, regenerated outputs, or user-requested changes after a successful generation.

Note — Seats, plans, and billing are provisioned manually by Nowsome after onboarding. Pricing excludes applicable taxes.
